Jollyes The Pet People Stirling

This shop is always well laid out and well stocked. Every time I've visited I've always managed to get what I'm looking for. It's good value for money. Even for more expensive brands they always have good offers on. There is also a pet club. All staff are helpful and have a good knowledge.

Visited to get a vaccination for our dog and everyone was wonderful. Our dog can be quite anxious and nervous at the vets but they were super patient and kind to him. Bought some treats and food while we were in - all very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

Rude staff.. Appalling customer service.. Young English guy & old blond haired lady are lacking in customer service skills, but they excel in attitude. I understand working at a pet store perhaps isnt where you see yourself at 60 but thats no excuse to be so hostile to customers. Sat 17th Jan 2026 @ 10:15 Nobody at the till while there is a queue i asked the young guy who was servicing a customer if there’s anyone else in the back he can buzz who can jump onto the till while he is busy.. only to be snapped at and told I’ve only been waiting a few minutes.. despite people waiting longer in front of me. I was expecting a reply along the lines of ‘yes mate, let me press that wee little bell that summons someone from the back of the shop to the tills’ Nevertheless, old blonde lady arrives, clearly disgruntled.. snatching the items out of my hand telling me there is no need for that??… No need to ask a simple question?.. so people can pay for their shopping and get on with their business? Wild.. how dare I.. Young guy yelled something at me as I left but I didn’t hear nor care what else he had to say, I wouldn’t imagine it would have been anything too clever anyway. Its madness having to beg for a company to take our money & have to deal with such hostile interactions from employees when going into store.. I’d avoid this Stirling branch, it’s not the first I’ve heard of their customer service prowess.. I’ll be sure to go to their competitors in the future.

We purchased our house bunny popsy from jollyes in July. I found the staff not only knowledgeable but really care for the animals they aren't timid as they are handled daily. Since popsy has been home she has made full use of lounging on the bed. A massive thanks to the staff at jollyes ❤️

I visited this store on January 22. The lady who helped me went completely out of her way to Help because I was confused and didn’t know how to get into the town centre not only did she explain it to me but she did come out into the car park point me into the right direction.. I thought her name would be on the receipt but it wasn’t otherwise I would’ve called to head office and said what wonderful customer service she gave me.
