Johnsons The Cleaners

They seem to do absolutely everything. I take a lot of dry cleaning to this store. They are incredibly efficient and extremely helpful. I would definitely highly recommend using them.

Really helpful staff, when I needed a blouse altering (sleeves and hem). Thanks to Jan who did an excellent job on the alterations; would definitely use them again and would recommend.

The three ladies at Johnson's are amazing. Rachel, Jan and Claire are always vere friendly and welcoming to me and my little furry friend. They recently cleaned my wedding dress and packed it beautifully once finished that it was a wonderful suprise opening the box and seeing my beautiful dress. These girls work super hard and are a credit to Johnson's.

I had a very disappointing experience at this cleaner. From the start, there was a serious lack of communication when I dropped off my item, which led to it being cleaned in a way I did not ask for. The price I was quoted at drop-off was also completely different from what I was charged upon collection. If the item couldn’t be cleaned the way I requested due to the care label, that’s completely understandable — but what’s not acceptable is failing to inform me beforehand. The lack of communication, along with inaccurate pricing, shows a basic disregard for transparency and courtesy. When I tried to explain what happened, I was met with a rude tone, constant interruptions, and deflection of responsibility — I was told things like “that’s not our problem” or “that was the previous worker.” It felt like they weren’t interested in hearing me out at all. Feedback, even if negative, should help a business improve. Confronting customers over a review is incredibly unprofessional — ironically, the staff even said, “this makes us look unprofessional,” while behaving in exactly that manner. They were more concerned about the bad review than actually solving the problem. I will not be using this place ever again.
