Freye Drycleaning RHIWBINA

I’ve used this company for at least the last 8 years and, on the whole, the work that they do is very good and to a high standard. I’ve only really had one issue, where a suit jacket was returned after the padding and suit material had separated during a wash, creating an unwanted, wrinkly finish. On previous occasions when they have been unable to remove, for example, stubborn ink from trousers, they have left a note with “best result” on and shown me on collection, which I appreciated. After noticing the damage, which I was quite sure was permanent, I raised it with them in person and then by email. In fairness, the jacket looks brand new but this became quite an inconvenience. It’s worth noting that their sister store on Wellfield road sometimes runs significantly better offers than this branch, so do check them out first.

In a recent phone inquiry about delivery and collection availability, I encountered a disappointing and unprofessional response from their staff. Before I could explain my needs, the staff member abruptly hung up on me. Upon calling back, I was met with a rude reply stating they do not offer such services and instructing me to contact the head office. This unfortunate experience is a missed opportunity for them, as I intended to promote their services at my workplace, potentially generating 30-40 new customers. Despite their lack of delivery and collection services, a polite conversation would have revealed that I could manage drop-offs and pick-ups myself. It's a shame that their staff's poor attitude cost them valuable business.

The lady here went above and beyond for me. My son wanted his trousers cleaned and back the same day! She sorted it and was so friendly and helpful!

Had my vintage stone island jacket and Patagonia jacket tailored their, and they did a fantastic job. Really do recommend this place👍🏼

Dry cleaning was fantastic for my wedding dress and husbands suit but bad attitude was received twice on collection so it’s put me off using this company again.
