IQ Fire & Security

I cannot speak highly enough of the service provided by IQ Company. Following a major power outage that affected both our CCTV and alarm systems, their team responded quickly and professionally to our support request. Engineers were on site within two hours, promptly diagnosing and resolving the issues. Thanks to their expertise and efficient response, our CCTV systems were restored, and our alarm system was fully operational again with minimal disruption to our business. The level of customer service, technical knowledge, and responsiveness demonstrated by IQ Company was outstanding. I would highly recommend them to any organisation looking for a reliable and professional security systems provider.

Stephanie is a warm and elegant person. I am very grateful for her help; she resolved all my problems through multiple emails! The engineer's installation was quick and smooth! Stephanie was a very nice and patient person. Thank you for your service! Wishing you all the best!

Fantastic Service from the whole team from the quotation through to installation. The team were very polite and professional on the day of our installation and explained the system to us carefully. We are very pleased with the system and looks great in the showroom.

We were looking for quotes for a security system and iQ were recommended by a neighbour. We wanted to go for a local company and iQ offered to visit us in our home to see what we needed and what they could do for us - a great start and Kevin immediately put me at ease when he arrived. They managed to move work around to allow the system to be installed quickly. On the day of installation three engineers arrived on time and worked tirelessly through the day - only stopping for a brief lunch break and not accepting any offers of tea or snacks. A great experience all round. We had one small glitch in that we were unable to get notifications to work for the cameras, however this was rectified by updating the firmware.

Used this company since 2022. Stephanie in the office is so helpful. Mark also recently came over at short notice to replace a battery, he went above and beyond. Would recommend
