Initial Fire Systems & Electrical

Nasser Agha-Khan from this company was today entering premises and impersonating a fire officer. Flashing a badge, dressing like a fire officer worrying staff members. Caught on our CCTV. Will be reporting to the Police and Fire Service, I’m sure the latter will be interested by his comments on their conduct. Avoid this company.

We've been using Initial for the last 3 years. Great service, highly recommend.

I would give five stars in respect of your actul service, but I really object to your over zealous credit control - see my e-mailed feedback dated 24/01/2026 already provided.

Great service from Initial Fire. Have been dealing with them for many years now and never had cause for complaint. I would highly recommend using them for your fire safety in the workplace,

Never had contact with them before. However, today salesman walks up to me almost barging me over Saying he’s here to check my fire extinguishers. I said we already have somebody that does this and he wouldn’t take no for an answer. He starts holding a plastic card that he was wearing around his neck in my face saying he’s here to check them. I kept on saying no. He was trying to intimidate me very poor service and I will not be considering using these bullies. The worst part is these people barged into my store, With no communication not a phone call nor an email. never spoken with them before demanding to see my fire extinguishers, it is out of order and rude. Then he had the cheek to ask me who I use, which is none of their business. I am extremely disappointed with this company on the way. I’ve just been treated about my own fire extinguisher. And before anyone says this did not happen, the whole thing is on CCTV.
