I & R Electrical & Property Ltd

Great service from Ian and Ryan! The work was completed quickly and to a high standard. Communication was good throughout and they kindly helped me with a couple of additional odd jobs whilst they were here. Will definitely use I&R again in the future and would happily recommend to others. Thank you so much! ⭐️

I have used I & R Electrical & Property Ltd a number of times over the years and can honestly say, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Ian and Ryan are both highly professional, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful with their advice. Due to the winter nights, I wanted to add additional lighting to the outside of our property, both from a security and aesthetic aspect and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Ian and Ryan are great guys and a pleasure to have in the house. They are respectful, arrive when they say they will and go out of their way to tidy and clean as they go, ensuring the place is left spotless. You will not regret using this company - highly recommended!

Delighted with their work once again, Ryan & Ian are excellent, tidy workers & so pleased with the results!

Incredible workmanship from start to finish. Ian and Ryan knew what our vision was from the outset and delivered beyond our expectations. We asked for extra work to be undertaken shortly after the guys started which they were more than happy to carry out and accommodate for us. Highly recommended and thank you both once again for delivering a high quality finish.

What an amazing job these guys have done - I’ve came home from work and Ryan and Ian installed our brand new EV charger with no mess and no fuss. Everything was spotless, they were so clean and tidy and you wouldn’t even know they had been there. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again in the future. Cheers lads
