Hub Property Care

Overpriced service, zero goodwill, and inflated quotes I hired Hub Property Care for a standard gas safety check. Their engineer passed the boiler, only for it to completely break down 48 hours later. When the same company came back, they told me it needed a full replacement. Even though I paid for a safety check on a boiler that was condemned just two days later, they refused to show any goodwill or adjust the £117.72 charge. Overall, their pricing is far too high and doesn't match the quality of service provided. For the replacement, they quoted me over £3.6k (inc. VAT) for a basic 24kW Worcester 1000 combi boiler. I shopped around and easily found a significantly better, higher-spec model (a Vaillant EcoFIT Pure 30kW) online for £2.8k with full installation included. You can find better alternatives online.

I can always count on the HUB team. They have helped me renovating my house and are on call for my plumbing / electrical/ paining and all other jobs too. Quick and reliable! Highly recommend.

I have been using Hub Property Care for years as my Gas Safe and boiler service engineers in central London. Whenever an issue comes up outside of the annual visits pertaining to the boiler and plumbing they have top knowledge to solve the problem. They respond in a timely manner and always provide a clear repair quote and no quibbles guarantee on their work.

Extremely helpful and were able to get to us with very short notice. Kept well informed of the work needed and received photographs upon completion (I wasn't able to be on site) making things clear.
