Would of loved to see them being stocked. Staff from old homemade are a delight to see, very friendly, very supportive and extremely very helpful. Think they could do with restocking shelves as its becoming noticeable that some of the shelves are empty but I guess that's down to customers spending money which is good. Keep up the good work The Range
Not very organised when I went to visit at the beginning of November, their was Christmas decorations on crates in the middle of aisles and even the inflatable display of an arch in the edges of the aisles deflated when we walked past it hitting us on the head and we had to jump over it to move pass the deflated archway. Very slow service as only one person serving and no self service.
Staff good trying their best held back by company that puts all on show but very little stock , shop to purchase now not delivered in 14 days !
The Range has dropped into the old Homebase shop, and it doesn't seem to have changed anything. Just put its items on the shelves. It's good, a reminder of Wilko and had the exact set up of Homebases garden centre, and decorating and paint department. The prices are good and parking is easy. Unfortunately they never reopened the toilets, which means none of the shops in that area have any, not good if you have a young child.
The range: The next Wilko's, a company trying to hard to stay relevant but lacks the upwards demand. It may be busy as it's new but given a few months it will see a large decline, an assortment of items you can source from B&M and home bargains, a store that once you've lived in an area for many years with one you tend to rarely visit. The only thing inside the town was missing was the arts and crafts side of things, which you will find a great selection.
