Home n Dry Property Maintenance

Thank you Home n Dry. We would like to thank Tom and his crew for renewing the guttering and faciers on our property and also had a leaking roof from the chimney which they repaired with new morter. All the jobs were done without any fuss. Also had the ridge tiles repointed and verge end cap done on the extention. Property was all clean and tidy when the jobs were done.

We have had two roofing jobs over the last few years and spent a lot of money on them. They were not satisfactory at all. I got Home and Dry in and asked them to diagnose and fix the problems. They were excellent. They have sorted it all at a very reasonable price and I’m very happy. This has put to bed years of anxiety about the roof and I cannot thank them enough. What struck me about Tom and his sons is that they are clearly proud of their work and take a lot of satisfaction out of doing it. They kept me fully informed every day of what they were doing and why they were doing it. It’s clear that they enjoy the work and that tells you a great deal about them, because other people are not like this. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, and I would recommend anybody with any problems of this nature to call them. You will not be disappointed.

I can highly recommend the team from Home and dry. We have received their services for different issues and each time they have been quick to visit to assess the work and give a quote and availability to start work. Each time they have attended when agreed and kept us up to date with videos of the works progress and explanation of the work required. Tom and his team - Brian, Sam and Todd are all polite and a pleasure to deal with. We felt safe with them being in and out of the house. They cleaned up any mess that was made and tidied up at the end of each day. When they were unable to work because of the rain ( they were replacing the roof), they still came by to let us know and the plan going forward. We are pleased with the standard and quality of work and would not hesitate to use their services in the future. Thank you Home and Dry for doing a great job and for being really decent trustworthy people.

Excellent service from start to finish. Tom replaced our gutter quickly and professionally. He was very efficient and left everything tidy. Will definitely use him again.

Excellent communication. Quick response to my request with a clear plan of price and what the job would entail. Gutters cleared of all debris and suggestions about how I can improve roof etc going forward. No hard sell. Would definitely recommend.
