Radium Security Systems Ltd

Regular service is reliable but more importantly they are very responsive if there is ever a problem. The guys who come out are efficient and knowledgeable and more importantly very pleasant and friendly. I am happy to have them in the house. And if needs be even the boss will come to the house and sort issues if the team is busy. Happy to recommend if you need an alarm system.

First class service from a first class company. We wouldn't dream of using another company for our CCTV and alarms. We'd also never hesitate to recommend Radium and Paul to anyone - reliable, great service and superb, expert support. Try them, you won't regret it.

After Googling I found Radium Security Systems website and was impressed right away. I emailed my inquiry and had an instant response. The managing director himself, Paul Robinson visited us the following day as promised and did a survey. Paul was friendly and professional, he explained everything in simple terms with no pushy sales language and gave us a few options to choose from. As promised the following day his quote arrived and we booked the installation for the next week. Ian and his team arrived on time on the day, they replaced the old system and installed all the new equipment in just a few hours. Again Ian was friendly, polite and left no mess. He tested everything and explained how to use it, which is so much easier compared to the old system and it looks super hi-tech but also very discrete inside all the rooms etc. The exterior bell box looks superb especially at night as the main panel is backlit with the Radium logo and alternating green LED's below, very nice. I will happily recommend Paul and his company to anyone in the future. Book Radium today, you won’t be disappointed! Thanks again folks, Keep up the great work.

This was an excellent five star experience from start to finish. Paul and his team provided focussed advice on our requirements and efficient follow up and installation. We are extremely satisfied with our new alarm system and would not hesitate to recommend Radium Security Systems Ltd as a go to provider Many Thanks

A big shout out for Paul and all his team at Radium Security Systems for the excellent and professional service that they have provided for me, and my family, at home and at our business premises for over ten years now.
