Hidden Hearing Derry

Just had a Earing test today with Brian daly. He made me feel Very welcome and at ease immediately i entered the store. He performed the test with great professionalism, and described everything clearly. The whole process was easy and kept me updated as went along. Thank you so much , and will be back again in a year for a follow up.

i would highly recommend the service at this branch. I dealt with Leroy and he was so helpful to me when I forgot my charger on a trip to Derry from Dublin. He arranged for me to borrow one for a few days and return it to my branch in Abbey St. It really got me out of a jam as I was going to a funeral and really depend on my hearing aids. He was so helpful and polite very good customer service. I find the newer hearing aids very good and comfortable as well.

Excellent service here, staff were really lovely and wax removal was the best experience l have ever had and l have to get it done regularly - will definitely be coming here in future.

I'm giving this shop 5 stars for the service. The excellent people that work here were very polite and professional with a very friendly approach nothing was a bother. Unfortunately we didn't like their product, it kept breaking down. But we were very well looked after by the staff.

Met with Brian and he was an absolute pleasure, a real professional with sound advice, this man has a wealth of knowledge, and from start to finish I felt a valued patient.
