Not impressed. Stayed in all day and didn’t turn up. After they did turn up they promised a quote and never gave me one. Stopped replying to my texts. Advice; if you don’t want the job/too busy let your customer know -don’t waste their time. 4 weeks I could have used to contact an alternative (politer) company. Will not be recommending.

I found this company excellent to deal with. My old washing machine finally died and within 24hrs i had a new machine delivered and up and running. I initially spoke with Amanda who was very knowledgeable and helpful regarding her product range. The following day Richard installed the new machine, ran me through the details, took away the old one, along with all the packaging. The whole experience was very professional and so easy. These guys are brilliant and i highly recommend them. Roger

Richard came to mend the door on our washing machine this morning. We contacted him yesterday and he phoned back when he said he would with a quote and appointment time. He turned up this morning, when he said he would, and did the job perfectly. He was cheerful and chatty, but in a professional manner, and we will definitely be calling him again in the future.

I highly recommend Richard and Amanda - we recently had to call regarding an issue with a washing machine. Richard clearly explained what had happened and the machine has been fine ever since. We have purchased other white goods from Richard and Amanda and have found them to be both friendly, professional and good value.

I called Gwynedd Appliance Repairs with an issue I was experiencing with my washing machine. The person I spoke to was very helpful, professional and polite. She passed me on to an engineer called Richard, who was able to fix my problem over the phone. At the very least, what we thought was going to be a 40-mile round trip and expensive repair bill or even worse was fixed after a 5-minute phone call at no cost whatsoever.
