Guardsman Property Maintenance Services

Alan has recently decorated the interior and exterior of our house. The quality of his work is excellent. He knows his stuff and provides great advice about what will work and the best paint to use. Having someone working in your home can be stressful but Alan is very easy to have around and 100% trustworthy, plus he cleans up after himself which is a bonus. He also sanded and re vanished our dining room table, which now looks fabulous! We are delighted with the finished results and we are very happy to recommend Alan. We would definitely book him again!

I'm a return customer having had an exemplary service when Alan completed my loft insulation work. This time around he has painted our entire holiday cottage throughout after major renovations, and he has done a fantastic job of it. We've had a comprehensive service: providing advice on paint and oil selections, ordering and collecting materials, working unsupervised and completing the job to an excellent standard. He has communicated well at all times, shown great flexibility and patience when our programme of other work delayed his start date, and all of his work has been completed on time and on budget. Alan's work has had a hugely positive impact on the appearance of the cottage and we are very grateful for it - I highly recommend Guardsman Property Maintenance Services without reservation.

Alan of Guardsman Property Maintenance Services impressed us from our initial contact, through home visit & quotation, providing an honest and realistic date for the work to be done & then was able to start one week earlier. Our tenants were delighted with his professionalism, hard work, care & attention to detail. I recommend Guardsman unreservedly and have already agreed that Alan will return in the Spring 2021 to quote for refreshing our external paintwork and would be very surprised if he does not successfully win that work.

I have been delighted with Alan's recent decoration at our house (repainting of hall, stairs and landings). He takes an obvious pride in choosing and using the best materials and takes great care to paint meticulously and leave a neat and tidy job. He has been entirely trustworthy in our house and has become a family friend. He has now done two considerably sized jobs for us and we can thoroughly recommend him

So thrilled with our newly painted kitchen cabinet doors and painted bedrooms. Alan has done a superb job, very professional and thorough. Alan also fitted some lights, hung pictures and put up several shelves. We can highly recommend Alan and his prices are very reasonable. Will be using him again.
