Greyfriars Charteris Centre

I hired this venue with a friend for a ceilidh for our birthdays. The hall (Binks) was ready for us when we arrived and was perfect for the event. We had around 150 people attend and it was a great success! Will definitely use this venue again.

Such a beautiful, light-filled space! I'm a Glasgow florist and was hired to create florals for a wedding here. It was a gorgeous blank canvas to work with. Sarah, from Rook Botanics. Photography from Fawn and Bell.

A fantastic place to organise your event. Very cooperative and nice staff. I couldn't be happier that I chose to organise my celebration there. 100% recommended!

We held our wedding at Greyfriars Charteris Centre and would highly recommend it to others who want a fantastic space with flexibility to arrange suppliers of your choosing. The main hall was a wonderful place to get married while the St Ninians Hall and Sanctuary offered great areas to put things for our guests to do. The centre staff were amazing both with all the organisation prior and the running on the day. We were delighted with how everything turned out!

We had a dinner and ceilidh in the Greyfriars Charteris Centre to celebrate the end of a Scottish sailing regatta. The hall looked beautiful and was a great space to hold a ceilidh. The staff in the run up were very helpful and accommodating to make sure we could run the best event possible. Thank you so much from everyone at Edinburgh Sailing!
