Called golden pest control urgently, it was around evening and they came quickly. I was told to remove personal items around the effective area for treatment. So I did and he came with a professional spray machine which did the job. I called for another issue I had in my other properly and that's also been resolved. Very friendly and honest.

Fantastic service from Imran who came to the reduce in an emergency with mice infestation at home. He was so professional and thorough and helped to calm me. Thank you so much for wonderful service.

I recently got an issue with pest in my home. I have contacted with golden pest control team , their receiving towards customers is very good and I got a team member for my problem from golden pest control. He is so good at work and giving up suggestions his name is "Imran" too good at speaking and work. I thank for the work I got. And I highly recommend this company.

I'm heavily disabled for life and live alone in a 1 bed council flat. On Saturday 20th June. I walked into the kitchen to do a microwave meal. To my horror, there were flies and ants all over kitchen, so I phone the emeregency council line and they said, we can't fix this infestation problem, you need to hire a private pest control expert. So I Googled several firms and they were very unhelpful, 2 of them said, they can't fix the problem until Monday morning. Great idea, if I waited until then, the flies and ants, would probably manifest a huge amount and spread all over the flat. Luckily then, I phoned Golden Pest Control and a very helpful man called Imran, listened carefully to everything I explained to him about this issue. He said, give your address and I'll come over to your flat in 40 minutes, which he did. He brought in very professional looking pest control equipment and did an amazing job of solving the problem. He explained what he did in very precise terms and answered in detail, a few questions I had. The bottom line is: Imran charged me a very reasonable fee. He arrived within the hour of me phoning him. He was so friendly and polite and brought in superb looking equipment, pest controlled the entire kitchen from A---Z. If you've any pest control problem, don't hesitate to phone Imran immediately, even on a Saturday night and he will come out!! The other 4 companies I phoned earlier on, made loads of excuses and were probably down the pub, drinking loads of beer and watching the football and couldn't wait to go me off with lame excuses. But not Imran from Golden Pest Control, he is obviously much professional than many others and genuinely cares about people suffering pest control problems and will fix the problem very quickly!! Finally, Google only allow reviewers to give 5 stars maximum??? Well that's not enough for Imran and I personally award him 20 STARS!!! No BS!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY, CALLING ANYONE ELSE. ONLY CALL "THE PROFESSIONALS" "GOLDEN PEST CONTROL". This review is 100% genuine, from 62 year old man called Tom, who is disabled for life!!
