Fulham BM Building & Property Maintenance

Highly recommend Fulham BM. We've worked with their team several times over the past decade for various house maintence items, both small and large. These have included outside work such as roof, gutter, gate, and brick repairs, as well as inside electrical work, plumbing work, painting, installing new radiators, and a complete gut and rebuild of a bathroom. Always quality work, reliable, and a friendly group of people who both listen to our requirements and provide expert advice. 5 stars!

I have just renovated the living room, and I am impressed with the work done. The team installed an in-wall extension socket as part of a wider renovation, and the finish is absolutely seamless. The socket sits perfectly flush, the plastering is smooth, and everything was left spotlessly clean. Professional, punctual, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality building work.

Thankyou Lukas I really appreciated you and your team’s cheery professionalism! Paul A Drayton Gardens July 2026

FBM did two tiling jobs for me, one in a small bathroom at a Chelsea flat, and the other a patio at a house in Fulham. Good service all round and nice tidy jobs done with virtually no mess or hassle. Very fair price. I would recommend them.

This firm have undertaken three jobs for me in the past few months and I've been very pleased with their performance on each of them.
