Fresh Cleaning Company

I used Fresh Cleaning for a carpet clean and a deep clean. As soon as I contacted the company Joanna came out the following day for a quote and booked me in the same week. Joanna was lovely and communicated every step of the way until the work was complete. The carpet clean went smoothly and it looks brand new. Christina came out to do a deep clean she arrived ontime and was very friendly. She carried out all jobs with no hassle. She paid attention to detail and left my home spotless. A very professional company with wonderful workers. I would highly recommend them if you need any cleaning work carried out, I will be using them in the future. Thank you to the Team. 😊

My partner and I have just purchased a new house and were looking for a complete deep clean before we started moving our furniture in. After some googling I found Fresh Cleaning and reached out. Joanna was quick to respond, had availability exactly when we needed it and was ready to come out and give us a quote straight away. We've just had the clean done and couldn't be happier, top to bottom including carpet cleaning for a very reasonable price, we thoroughly would recommend to anyone in the area.

Awful experience, we asked for a deep cleaned urgently of our kitchen, and then a full house clean for my daughter. The skirting boards, splashback were not cleaned at all. The cupboard doors had smearing and one still had stains around the handles. The top shelves had dirty items removed, shelf cleaned and then dirty items put back. My wife stopped the lady as she was leaving because she hadn’t cleaned the work tops otherwise they wouldn’t have been cleaned. The kitchen floor was left filthy, my wife had to mop up, even though she’d mopped the floor the previous day. They sent an e mail apologising and said they wouldn’t charge us, which was not what our complaint was about. We then got another e mail saying they were obviously not suited for our needs and cancelled my daughter’s appointment . Not the professional solution for Customer care. Please see photos

I couldn't be happier with the service provided by this cleaning company—it was truly outstanding from start to finish. Right from my initial inquiry, the team was super responsive, making the booking process quick and easy. They turned up exactly on time, demonstrating punctuality and professionalism that’s hard to find. The cleaning itself was absolutely wonderful. They left my property spotless, paying attention to every detail and delivering a deeply clean that went beyond my expectations. Beyond their excellent work, the staff was enormously friendly and polite. They were professional yet incredibly warm and respectful. Finally, the entire experience was great value for money. Considering the quality of the cleaning and the exceptional customer service, their pricing is more than fair. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality, and friendly cleaning service!
