Flaxfields Limited

Flaxfields is an excellent property management company. We switched from a truly horrific one about a year and a half ago, and Flaxfields has done a really wonderful job cleaning up the mess they made. They are responsive to questions and provide thoughtful assistance to residents, as well as working to keep costs down while providing great service. You can tell they really care about the service they are providing.

Brilliant experience — I honestly can’t fault them. Flaxfield were extremely responsive and professional when I had an issue, and everything was handled quickly and efficiently. Jonathan was especially helpful, calm, and reassuring throughout, and made the whole process feel very straightforward. The issue was resolved without any hassle, and the service from start to finish was excellent. Thank you — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Flaxfield.

Flaxfields was introduced to me by a close relative. When it comes to handling insurance, building management and all-round communal cosmetics, they take the utmost care. I cannot recommend their services enough. White-glove service, responsive team and they get everything you'd probably be baffled by sorted with efficiency. 10/10.

Lifts not working in 4 blocks of flats for weeks. Disabled people, people with young children and pregnant women housebound and unable to access urgent medical care. Flaxfields have done nothing but lie to residents about when the lifts will be fixed and keep pushing back the date a week at a time. The most recent excuse for broken promises was that the contractors didn’t have a fob to get into the buildings, but no one has seen a single contractor even attempt to gain access, and it is very clearly Flaxfield’s responsibility to arrange access in any case. Absolutely staggering lack of care and urgency. Judy for the record- nothing in my review was inaccurate and Flaxfields have sole responsibility for providing access to the buildings, despite their claims to the contrary. They can’t even provide access for their contractors so I very much doubt they will provide access for residents with safety concerns. Their response is as predictable as it is disappointing.

Flaxfields Top quality service They approaching any aspect of the maintenance in a professional way They are fast to react, their contractors providing excellent work I can always get hold of them Always on time and on the place where they need it Highly recommended Summit built LTD
