First of all unless people have bribed the workers I’m concerned how you could rate such an abomination such rating First of all they can’t even lay a tile straight, can’t even put a gutter up right, can’t fix a roof, can’t fix a bathroom Replaces neighbours pristine bathrooms but won’t replace mine as it’s had so much put into repairs. Will replace my neighbours floor but not even clean up nails after works. Every time they come the problem gets worse. Not just repairs but actual planned works. Buys doors and windows the wrong size filling the edge with tons of silicone and now they have warped and twisted sagged and failed not even 5 years after install. Kitchens rushed and put in a day, nothings level in it. Says stuff is due in 2025 and now it’s 2026… My Christmas decs are everywhere for ages now waiting since November for my roof to be fixed and mouldy insulation to be removed so I can board my loft. They come for something like the gutter have a look and make the issue worse then have to come out to do more work on it. Clearly their repair over replace strategy and strict spending is causing far more than just full replacement of things. About 7 bath panels smashed up in past 2.5 years

This company needs investigating. Completely incapable and lazy to the point of dangerous “completion” of works. Electricity and gas inspections lied about. Too many slap dash jobs to even mention. Electrical work is a joke. Spindles on stairs replaced and barely even attached to the point that it looked comical (some looked like they were floating in mid air and all not straight) if I didn’t have a toddler that could have easily fallen through the loose spindles I’d have laughed. Rude workmen constantly swearing throughout jobs. One angrily threw a hammer across my landing which fell into the hallway after he got off a personal phone call. Again, I have children in the home which the hammer could’ve hit. Full roof replacement has rained in for 8 years and after hundreds of appointments to fix it it’s still leaking. Bathroom leaking down walls into downstairs. Bathroom has sharp bits of plastic skirting sticking out everywhere which we cut our feet on regularly and have to cover up. Simple handy man level jobs yet not one member of staff is capable. I’ve had to pay privately so many times for jobs to be done because I don’t trust them. They just don’t care. A beautiful historic house with original features (now damaged) from being left to basically rot from countless leaks, mold and inadequacy.

Driver of van 117 today at 13.40 on M60, tried to drive in to my husbands Porsche as the van was in the wrong lane. I only saw an arm with tattoos, before he bulldozed his way in front of us and then cut another 3 drivers off. We’ve all got somewhere we need to be, and don’t deserve your aggression.

Unacceptable treatment – especially toward vulnerable tenants. Evolve has been consistently unreliable, often missing appointments without notice, leaving me stuck indoors waiting. I’m Deaf and live with mental health challenges, and clear communication is essential. Most upsettingly, Ben Hesketh falsely accused me of something I didn’t do. As someone who is vulnerable, this caused me significant stress. A tiny improvement in the last six weeks doesn’t undo the harm that’s been caused. Tenants deserve better — accountability, respect, and proper communication.

Consistently using tan house lane to park their vehicles illegally, obstructing junctions - reflects on how they operate as a business. It’s a busy road with nearby kids play centres & frequent HGV traffic. If you’ve outgrown your premises, you need to move elsewhere.
