Absolutely shocking company I’ve been fighting for a fence for over 3 years finally think I’m getting the fence and I end up with posts and 2 lengths it looks like a bloody picket fence does not keep dogs out my kids can’t play in their own back yard disgusting

I want to give zero! I'm disabled with severe issues. Evolve were supposed to come and remove black mould from various rooms. Came an hour early and didn't apologise. Worse than that they pretended to do the work. I'm disabled not stupid. I had to leave during the works as can't cope with it due to my health. They had permission to work and agreed. Checking security footage they literally RAN AWAY 5mins after I went out.no mould was removed at all. Was very hard to prepare rooms for them as I'm very poorly and they did nothing! Black moukd is very obvious. Also the man was very rude and disrespectful to me to which arley the trainee felt he had to apologise for. Thanks arley.

Over a period of 5 weeks, Evolve have sent me a joiner and an electrician to “replace a broken shower” on both occasions neither mis matched tradespeople have had any equipment to resolve the issue - IE a new shower. The latter appointment booked for between 12:00 & 17:00 yet I got a call at 08:10 saying they were 30 minutes away, another 1/2 day off work !!

Waited up after doing nightshift Sunday night for them to come service my boiler,appointment time was between 8am-1pm. Never turned up never called,emailed or texted to say not turning up. I will prob now receive a letter from you lot stating why you couldn't service my boiler! This is the second time they have done this. I need to be able to sleep I run a hotel on a night,getting no sleep in-between doing school run and waiting for you lot to no show is disgusting. You need to learn to be more professional especially when it's something so Important as servicing a boiler!

Never show up ,they like to botch repairs , tradesman don’t know anything about what they are doing and they like to place the blame on riverside for how crap they are
