Sheer and utter incompetence beyond all that is imaginable. You want to come home to no heating, no running water, no communication, and cheap labour time and time again? Call Ethos facilitiatdes, the UK's most incompetent service provider. Whatever you do, take your money elsewhere. They will take all of it, right before you have to pay someone else to do it all over again properly. Absolutely disgusting quality of work.
