Ethical Maintenance

Ethical Maintenance have been botching my straight forward insurance claim since 3/3/25. Property Manager Ross Donnelly no longer answers his telephone or emails. EM are going to lose the contract for the entire development. They started poorly and have gone downhill ever since.

The most corrupt property management company I have ever seen... there staff is an absolute joke not one of them can do there job correctly, promise you one day and then try and deny they evan said it considering it was in black and white but it wasnt them somehow.... loads of email proof that invoices was sent with dates and times but there employees think once they delete the email on there side thats its gone, cant stick to any original signed agreements marianne thinks it still stands when she takes matters Into her own hands and amends it without my knowledge, and now thinks shes walking away from her actions, on the other hand they like to hire an absolute clown of a guy who is ment to be a manager ROSS DONNELLY.... the boy caused that much problems and was nothing but a liar and just tell you lies to your face then ignores your emails and calls and when you go to there office hides away... Kevin on the other hand is another clown in that company thinks I am gonna let this matter slide and not get paid what I am due , well all I can say is I will get every penny I am due and I wont rest until I get paid as I have all the proof and evidence... they will also have a big heavy bill to pay back to the insurance due to them hiring contractor's who dont know what they are doing on the roof... big storm comes and rips the majority of the membrane off the roof but tells insurance firm that it was the storm .... no the real fact was use muppets hired clowns and they made a complete mess and they decide to blame the storm instead of taking responsibility for there own actions! They are quick and fast at taking money off everyone but run a mile and hide when it comes to paying money to contractor's or clients absolute nightmare of a company.... best advice I could give any customer or trades person who is thinking of getting them to maintenance there property or getting you to complete any work for them... STAY ABSOLUTELY WELL CLEAR OF THIS FIRM nothing but hassle and nothing but a joke of a firm... there own clients are taking them to court for not doing there job correctly and also over charging them so best advice is stay clear of ethical Maintenance as there is certainly nothing ethical about this of a company ......

Not recommended. Never respond to queries. Hide behind an outsourced call centre when you try to call them.

not fixing central heating in greenock for over 2 weeks, no ethics, no mainentence. the response reeks of narcissism

Waiting on a call back for weeks about being overcharged, having to constantly call them and chase them up for things…. Terrible company!
