Envirovent Home Ventilation North East LTD

Nice neat job, the thing is well out of the way in the loft and virtually silent. Easy company to deal with, no goldplating or upselling, nice long warranty, happy days. And it has completely cured the condensation problems- which were severe (wallpaper falling off walls level). All the affected walls have dried out, just been in today repainting, need to replace 4 strips of wallpaper next week and can then close the book on condensation nightmare.

Envirovent Limited carried out an installation of a cyclone fan for my bathroom in Scotland for a rental property, they carried out a survey and did a professional fit to deal with a persistent condensation damp issue with the property and also issued me with a ventilation Cerificate. Anthony was very helpful and communicated and gave me assurances and they were well priced.

I had a Cyclone 7 unit installed in a tenanted flat in 2020. This malfunctioned late (was making loud noises) December 2026. I was apprehensive whether the 7-year warranty on the unit was going to be honoured, and wasn't sure whether the Envirovent I bought the original unit from, still existed! Thankfully, after the Christmas lull, I was in touch with Caroline Brown from their regional office who speedily got the unit inspected and repaired under warranty. Thank you Caroline and Jason!

Game Changer we had a PIV installed in our bungalow and overnight the condensation on our doors and windows disappeared. It’s a considered purchase but we felt that the whole process was clearly set out by the rep and the work carried out to a high standard. If you suffer from condensation then consider Envirovent we are extremely pleased with the results especially as we had bought new windows and shutters.

This has been one of the best decisions we made getting the Envirovent unit. From the beginning with the sales team we were kept informed and updated throughout the whole process up to installation. Since fitted we’ve had no condensation and would recommend to anyone who has an issue with this.
