TW Facilities Management

I asked Thomas to come out to my home as we were having a problem with one of our electrical switches tripping on the fuse box which was turning off the fridge and the TV. Thomas managed to find the source of the problem and fix it, he was friendly and provided an excellent service. Would recommend! We haven't had the problem since.

We've used Tom for several projects now, and he's our go-to recommendation for anyone needing electrical work done. Clear quotes which are held to (and sometimes project has come in under estimated price if it's been less fiddly than expected), prompt and turns up when he says he will, and keeps the place tidy whilst he works.

First class service once again from TW Facilities Management in our commercial premises - North Tyneside. These lads go above and beyond every time, excellent value for money, efficient & conscientious with a brilliant attitude.

Brilliant service from Tom for domestic electrics. Full check of electrics, some bits of fixes and a new consumer unit. Only did the work that was needed rather than pushing to do unnecessary extras too. Super friendly and professional (even when dealing with a feline stand-off!) and I’ll absolutely be getting him back for any future work.

Tom is an absolutely brilliant Electrician .. nothing is too much trouble for him. Goes above and beyond to accommodate your needs .. brilliant customer service and would highly recommend thanks
