Martin and Kai did a brilliant job installing a new hot water cylinder and shower. They were helpful, efficient and tidy. Nothing was too much trouble and they even installed radiator thermostats while the system was drained and the shower screen which arrived late on the last day of installation.

Absolutely fantastic service. Got my heating working again in no time. Took the time to explain things to me and went the extra mile to ensure the work was completed properly. Couldnt be more grateful for the great service they provided. If you have a electric heating system I highly recommend this company. I would definitely use them again if I needed to.

Martin went above and beyond to try to help when my boiler stopped working and was so helpful in trying everything to make it as low cost as possible. He was also great at keeping me in the loop with it all. Having called out many plumbers in the past and feeling a bit uncomfortable, by not knowing how reliable they were with costs and issues, I have found a plumber/engineer who I will absolutely keep going back to. Highly recommend.

Martin undertook a heating survey for a property we were buying and his review was spot on the boiler definitely needed replacing (failed on first day). The quote for remedial works was good and the work was undertaken to a high standard. A recommendation from me.

I have been a domestic customer of EHMS for over 15 years, from when they first installed a new complete WB CDi Combi heating system at my home. That installation was first class with no problems of any significance during it's lifetime, with servicing carried out annually by EHMS. Having reached the end of its lifetime, the boiler was replaced in early January '26 with a WB 8000 Combi by Martin, again to a high quality and professional standard. All the work that has been done by EHMS for me over the years has been carried out efficiently, to specification, hassle free and at a fair price. In all the time I have known Martin & Mack of EHMS I have found them to be professional, courteous, reliable and trustworthy in my dealings with them, whether that be a full installation, smaller jobs, servicing or simply seeking advice.
