Called this company in October 2023 because my washing machine was leaking after a month they came down to fix it but needed to order parts so had to wait another month .Parts had Neen fitted but still had a leak from the same place so called them again to get the engineer out and told it needs more parts well cut a l9ng story short 6 months later washing machine still leaking worse than before and I've bought a new washing machine MY ADVICE IS TO STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS MICKY MOUSE COMPANY

I paid this company £149 via bank card about 6 months ago to disconnect my cooker & cap my gas off (Reason??) A move to a new home. I did not need them to connect it in my new home so that was done with, l found another legit company to do this for me. But they continued to harass me afterwards into joining their membership via email messages whereas which l had already told the guy l wasn't interested, l had to spam their emails in the end. Now 6/7 months down the line they have somehow found away into my private bank account & helped themselves to my account 😡 taking out £89.99.on August 14th 2026. I have reported this through my banking app as FRAUD, my bank has their own 'fraud team' & will be making contact with you very shortly to recover my money & they advised me to "FREEZE my card which l already did before l reported your company. If you.try to deny what is the truth l have your company details from my old property where your engineer capped off my gas so you will be hearing from my banks fraud team. Do NOT use this company
