ECC Cleaning

Unreliable. After getting a quote and being given a date with an "Early Start" for a job to be done, I have waited at home all day. The Directors are not responding to their calls on the Mobile Phone Numbers shown on the website, they are not responding to messages from their office; it is now 3.30pm and there has been no communication from this company. My charge for hanging around all day is £20 per hour, so £150 off the bill will be most welcome if you ever turn up!!!! I'll go somewhere else and suggest that people aren't fooled by all the glossy pictures on your website. .

I have had contract with Eric's cleaning company for three years now for our business, always been prompt and always done an excellent job, very happy and would recommend for window cleaning and now have new contract with them for carpet cleaning which also am happy with. 5* Carlisle gold rush Carlisle CA3 8PT
