Easylet Property Management

I had a BRUTALLY BAD experience with this company. A few highlights: 1) They sent me incorrect wiring instructions for my initial months' rent and downpayment, which resulted in me having to spend an enormous amount of time and effort retrieving the funds (it was an international transfer). 2) The property suffered from a bad sewage smell, which was never fully resolved, and which they essentially refused to mitigate. 3) Despite thoroughly cleaning the place prior to our departure, they still stiffed us with a 500 pound cleaning charge. Especially galling given that the place wasn't particularly clean when we moved in. 4) The lease stated that a gardener would be sent every month, but I think we saw one maybe twice in the 10 months or so we stayed at the property. 5) Months after moving out, they harrassed us about an electricity bill that didn't belong to us. You're probably not going to make a decision on whether to rent a property based on the letting agency, as the market is tight and most of these letting agencies are unscrupulous and/or incompentent, but be very careful when dealing with this company. Double check every piece of information they give you and don't give them an inch.

I’ve been a landlord with Easylet for close to 10 years, and I’ve consistently been impressed with the service they provide. They’re always quick to respond to any queries, and whenever work needs to be done they organise it promptly and efficiently. It makes things hassle-free for both me and my tenants. Highly recommended.

We were very pleased with EasyLets. Jaydene was very helpful throughout the whole renting process, as well as prompt with her responses to our concerns and have received immediate help when required. We highly recommend EasyLets! Thanks Jaydene for your constant help and support in securing a flat we now call home!

Easylet were recommended to me by a friend who'd let her flat through them and I've never regretted taking her recommendation! I've recommended them to others too. I've always found them efficient, responsive, flexible, and communicative. They deal quickly with any problem reported by the tenant and always keep me informed. Some letting agents are just in it to maximise their own income, but Easylet work in the interests of landlords and tenants too.

We had a few problems when moving into the property but they were sorted quickly and efficiently by our property manager Irina. Easylet have a much more personable service than the bigger letting agents in Edinburgh.
