Dunfermline Hearing Centre

The owner here has been wonderful, no problems ever at the hearing centre. I’ve not been the most straightforward person to deal with over the last few years, lots of issues and even after a delay in going to the centre, Neil has always made time for me, sorted me out and made sure I’m happy ! Great place to be, no more tinnitus! Keep up the amazing work !

Had my second visit here today for ear wax removal (had to soften wax following initial consultation). Cant praise the staff member enough. Procedure was painless, if a little weird having your ears hoovered!! I can literally hear a pin drop now following the removal of built up wax. Well worth the cost to have my hearing restored to a normal level again.

Elderly gentleman has had a dreadful few years with this outfit. Hearing Aids that never worked for the pricely sum of £2k and reluctant aftercare. Even charged an extra £300 for a solution to the issues that failed too. Don't bother with these private money-rakkers better simply go with the NHS Audiology at Halbeath.

Called up for some advice and got an appointment within a few days. I have had a perforated ear for about a year so lost hearing as i couldnt clean out wax. Decided to come here and it was the best money spend. Guy was very nice, microsuction was done in minutes. And no longer have burst eardrum. Talked about football for a little longer than it took to clean ears, which I love haha. Very nice place, very clean and great staff. Highly recommend

Called up and booked in after being told I had an ear infection for it to actually have been ear wax lodged in my ear. The guy was so nice and made me feel relaxed and at ease as I was worried about the procedure. Hands down the best money I’ve EVER spent. Can’t remember ever being able to hear so clear.
