Ducting Express Services Ltd

I found this company very helpful and I couldn't have completed my project without them. I was advised all the way through by "Jack" who explained the differences between certain products and advised me on what would work and what was most suitable for my needs. He spent a lot of time helping me even though my order was quite small and not going to cost very much. I was very pleased with all his help and I will certainly be using this company again.

Brilliant service from Enya and John. We turned up at the showroom with nothing more than a rough sketch on paper and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They took the time to go through it properly and put together a solid plan for the extraction ducting there and then. Really easy to deal with, no fuss. The product is very well priced and the quality is spot on.

Excellent service which unfortunately is so rare these days, they kept me informed constantly in terms of when my items would be dispatched and when delivery would be expected.100% recommended the service and products on offer.

Superb customer service from this company. My recent order got stuck with DHL and Jack couldn't have been more helpful in sorting it out for me and in the end resorted to resending the order via DPD who delivered next day. In a world where terrible customer service is normal and expected, it was a pleasure to deal with these guys.

Very user friendly website. Excellent customer service. Order was placed and delivered next day without any delays. I will definitely using them again
