Utterly brilliant service. Andy came when he said he would and got a very difficult drain flowing within moments. Didn’t charge extra for coming out immediately, and charged a flat rate for the job with no extra fees. He’s so confident the blockage is properly broken up and gone (and is not just moved a long a bit) he gave a month guarantee on the work, which is perfect. Ultra professional, left absolutely no mess and is clearly a nice calm guy who is very very good at his job. I wish I’d found his number earlier!
