Discounted Cleaning Supplies

Order was placed with this seller. The item was damaged even though the delivery box was completely in tact. The order was returned via a reputable courier using end-to-end tracking. The seller has acknowledged that the order has been collected by the courier however, we are still waiting for our refund. Awful customer services. Would not recommend! UPDATE: The item was dispatched directly from Discounted Cleaning Supplies in Crewe and returned to the same, as per your request. We were required to liaise directly with Discounted Cleaning Supplies in Crewe. It took over two weeks before we finally received a refund despite providing proof that the damaged item had been returned using an end-to-end tracking courier.

I've used DCS several times now for different items. Their manager had great ideas for cleaning supplies for my business (a restaurant). And during the COVID19 crisis, they were a great support in getting face masks and hand sanitizing gel (even while under stress from the huge amount of orders at the time!). And I noticed: Their prices did not go higher, when the crisis started! That's integrity and loyalty to their costumers instead of the greedy over pricing we saw so many other places! Special praise for manager David and employee Tanya. They're great!

Ordered a mop and bucket from amazon which did not arrive, so I asked where is my stuff. I got a long email stating that royal mail take it very SERIOUSLY when items go missing basically implying that I have taken the items. Yes we are talking about a mop and bucket people. If I was to do a delivery fraud ( which I wouldn't) it would not be for the above mentioned service........Great customer services guys 👏👏👏

How refreshing to find a company that not only has first class products and service but also has taken a noble moral stance by not exploiting any opportunity to further profit from the sale of Items in high demand during the pandemic. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Great company to deal with, very fast delivery and great bulk buy discounts on cleaning supplies. Thanks again.
