So as long as people come to do the job and get paid MINIMUM WAGE there's no chance you can expect people to be fast, especially considering that you're probably earn more ... either you PAY people more or otherwise just shut up and say thank you that we come to work, especially considering that is a dangerous environment and is so easy to get contaminated with chemicals substance dear...
