Direct Link Security Ltd

We have had someone out to look at the alarm and they have found numerous faults with this alarm and the battery was 2019 should have been changed in 2023 !! Panic buttons were not working and all the faults recorded had not been attended to not fair when paying all that money for monitoring so we will Not be requiring your services again ! And as for the monitoring I was still Paying in December 2024 despite not having a working alarm since July 24 and your last maintenance was Feb 23 ? So I think its you who should be reimbursing me not the other way around !!!

Outstanding from first contact to courteous installation, Russell & John have been exceedingly helpful. Their quick, friendly communication in providing a quote that both my wife and I were very happy with, was allied to a fast and efficient process in getting the alarm affixed in our home. We will certainly recommend to our friends, family & neighbours. Thank you.

I highly recommend this burglar alarm specialist. He was patient and worked through the upgrade of my alarm system, until it worked perfectly. A really genuine and thorough worker. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.
