Northwest Security

When ‘will get round to leaving a review’ turns into a story… My works alarm system was triggered for the first time last night. I shat my heart out and swallowed it again at the sound of the siren my phone made! Jesus, my husband I think he aged 10 years and suffered premature balding in a split second. Mike tried to call at 10:30pm to alert me but my phone was otherwise on silent. Thank you for being on it whilst we were sat with palpitations. Turns out a rookie error with our DIY project falling down in 3 sections was the ‘intruder’ - ffs 🤦🏻‍♀️ Great motion sensors 👍🏻 Fantastic alarm and service🤗 Most action we’ve had on a Saturday night in a while 😂 5 stars!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is by far the best security company I have ever used for both commercial and domestic purposes. I had an issue with my business cctv (installed by another company) which could not be solved by at least two other companies. Within a day of finding Think Smart from a quick google search, Mike appeared and solved the issue in less than 10 minutes! Since then, I have had a number of services with this company, all of which have been of great value, high quality, friendly and very professional service. Mike seems to go above and beyond. This review is well deserved!

This is by far the most amazing service that has ever been provided to me ! 1. (Quote)We looked around my property and discussed what I was looking for/where it would go. There was no trying to sell me the best equipment. Straight to the point, I was provided the information that was needed and what he thought was best.Provided with 3 quotes shortly after. 2.(Payment) This was quite flexible, I asked about monthly instalments but turned out I didn’t need it with the price I was quoted. 3.(installation) Amazing Job ! We spoke quite thoroughly about what would be best/tidiest options. Cracked on with the work and spoke to me about any problems that came up. (Overall) I would fully Recommend this company, I have 0 complaints

This is the 2nd time using this company’s service. This is the 2nd time I have nothing but flawless things to say. I contacted Mike (Installer) about the products I had and we spoke about the process of installation told me about the price of the individual items and recommended what items I’d need to install everything cables etc. Great communication skills and great work ethic. No point in going through a huge firm when smaller businesses can get it done faster and cheaper

Wanted to update my existing Risco system, unfortunately I was most disappointed with my existing installer due to cost of upgrade, plus replacement battery charges & yearly subscription charge. Therefore I turned to Northwest Sercurity who offered me everything I required without any yearly subscription. I have been extremely pleased with the upgrade, Mike carried out the upgrade with professionalism and throughly explained how everything operated. He set the system so that I have full control of my alarm which my previous installer refused to do which led to frustration when it required maintenance. I would highly recommend Northwest Security for its professionalism, high quality installation and cost which compared to my previous installer saved me hundreds of pounds for the upgrade & ongoing battery replacement without the yearly subscription.
