We’ve had a really poor experience with Diamond FM who are cleaning company responsible for our serviced office building in Bracknell. Quite frankly, the cleaning standards are horrendous. Basic hygiene and cleanliness are continuously not met, and the overall condition of our serviced office is exceptionally poor. A major part of the problem seems to be that the company is based in Scotland and very obviously have no visibility of what is actually happening on-site, therefore there is no quality control and they just take their cleaners word for it regardless of the situation. The cleaners are left entirely to their own devices - whether they show up, what they do, and how well they do it seems unchecked. What's more, it's ridiculous the amount of time Diamond have claimed 'such and such' is "one of our best cleaners and has exceptionally high standards", when the cleaner themselves have admitted they have never met them anyone from head office nor had any training. Although we don’t directly employ this company (they are contracted by our serviced office provider), we have raised concerns repeatedly for some time now, with no improvement whatsoever. When we ask for issues to be escalated to Diamond FM, the response is often defensive - denying problems or simply taking the cleaner’s word for it, even when the reality very clearly suggests otherwise (someone from management/ head office would only need to visit site to see this...). Needless to say, it's incredibly frustrating. It’s especially disappointing because, as tenants, we pay a premium for a serviced office, as part of our higher rent contributes to this service. If we had any direct control, we would terminated their contract and replaced this company a long time ago. Overall, a very poor service - and even worse standards - with no apparent willingness to improve. We certainly would not recommend Diamond FM.

I have been working with Diamond over the past two years. They started off working in just one of our sites. I found them to be extremely professional responding to any issues we had in a timely manner. The level off cleaning staff they employ are excellent as is their work ethics. I would have no hesitation recommending Diamond to any business small or large. They have taken so much stress away from me allowing me to concentrate on core business.

We can rely on Diamond UK to provide an excellent cleaning service for our offices. They are a great company and would recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning contractor.
