I honestly couldn’t believe the transformation of my wedding dress! My lace wedding dress was extremely dirty after the wedding day, and I really didn’t think they would be able to get all of the marks out. From the very beginning, they were professional and transparent, explaining the potential risks and giving me their honest recommendation. I decided to go ahead with a wet wash. When I went to collect my dress, I couldn’t believe my eyes. It looked absolutely amazing - like new again! They had done such an incredible job, and I genuinely couldn’t fault their service. I’m so happy I trusted them with such a special and sentimental dress. If you ever need your wedding dress cleaned, I would highly recommend using them. I definitely would again!

I'm very disappointed. They make you initially sign a waiver that dismisses any of their liability of service, which should have been a red flag. I went there as I was told they were good but I was unbelievably disappointed. I took to them my £3000 wedding dress which I knew had some stains on it. They took out my dress and saw it and they advised about the stains. They also said that because there was no label on it, they were not sure if anything could happen to it. I was prepared to take the risk because I needed the dress. They charged me an expensive £110 to dry clean it. When I went to pick up my dress, they explained that they could not take out the stains. My dress was a period style dress made of pure silk and Norwich lace. I took my dress to my mum's to try it on. When I took it out, I knew something was wrong, which they did not tell me. They explained about the stains but did not explain that they ironed the dress so much that it took out the puff of the dress so all the material was heavily draped on the floor. The lining ended up longer than the skirt. I called them in regards to this as they had now ruined my dress and I was unable to wear it for a special occasion organised. I called them instantly to discuss it. They made all kinds of excuses instead of calling me to advise that they could not return my dress back to its original form. They did not even offer an apology or a part refund. They knew they ruined my dress and said nothing. 😒 I was very disappointed, and the fact that they charged me £110 was ludicrous. Never again.

Have used this company for the last 8 years and can only say what a pleasant group of people that run it. The quality of service is absolutely superb. No heavy chemical smells left on your suits etc and damn good pressing. I've used their alteration service and shoe repairs and again always really pleased. Great team great service.

The service is prompt. The staff are helpful and friendly. They clean garments well for a fair price. There is a free car park next to the store
