Danes of Colchester

Wow 🤩 Tracey at the clacton branch got my wedding dress looking brand new again. Omg I cannot believe imy eyes when I saw it again. It literally had many light stains all over it from tiny fingers. Super impressed and very happy with the results and fair price. Thankyou so much you did a fabulous job with it. I can cherish it again. Would 100 % recommend this company. The best out there !!

Danes are brilliant; they serviced my self-catering cottage linen requirement faultlessly for 20 years and now provide a home collection and delivery to our home. Superb laundry, everything comes back clean, crisp and beautifully packed plus a cheerful attitude and reasonable prices. Thank you Keith!

Danes offer the most fantastic service! Door to door collection of laundry and all returned with a week. I offer self-catering accommodation and all my guests comment on the high standard of laundry care. Why would you try to do your own!! The staff are lovely at Danes and the gentleman who collects my laundry is respectful, reliable and very friendly. The service Danes offers is of the most incredibly high standard and I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend them. They often take my dresses and coats too and everything comes back like new! Well done Danes! And thank you.

I highly recommend their door to door collection and delivery service - so easy and solves all my laundry and dry cleaning requirements. Shirts, towels, bedding every week all beautifully finished and packed and curtains dry cleaned and repairs and alterations are no problem. Lovely drivers, great staff and a very professional and friendly family company.

The only laundry I have ever found that launders (I think they possibly starch too) pure linen just as linen was laundered in my grandmother's day - smooth and crisp, so it fits easily in drawers, but most importantly, is sheer heaven to slip into the first few times after fitting on the bed. The "modern" conceit of not ironing pure linen properly seems utterly pointless, where then is the utter bliss of clean sheets and pillowcases?
