Dayco Property Maintenance Ltd

I have been using Dayco for a number of years now and have always brought them onboard as a contractor for newly contracted properties. They are always reliable and carry their work out to an exceptional and highly professional standard. My job would be a lot harder without knowing that I have them to rely on!

I’ve worked with Dayco for over a year, and honestly, they make managing a residential development feel easier. The team goes above and beyond, and I always feel genuinely supported. Huge shoutout to Parul, Irene, Martin, and Rachid for surviving my many phone calls with a smile, they’re absolute legends!

Dayco are consistently great! They communicate, update and reassure at all times to ensure that jobs are completed in a timely manner. Their reports are clear and will ring from site if they need clarification to ensure only one visit is needed, ultimately keeping costs as agreed. I would strongly recommend Dayco Property Maintenance as they are one of my key contractors. Thank you for all your hard work.

I have worked with both Dayco Maintenance and their cleaning arm for several years now and they have never let me down with their knowledge, professionalism and efficiency. In the largely reactive world of property management you need contractors you can rely on, so would highly recommend you look no further that Dayco. My thanks and special mentions for Stephen and Parul for their assistance with various compliance matters, and for the consistent high level of facilities management services.

I have used Dayco's services for the last 5 years and have found them to be very competent and diligent in all work I have instructed, be that general maintenance, cleaning, electrical, fire safety or compliance work. The team are all very knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects, in particular, I have always had great interactions with Irene and Parul, who have both been all too happy to help with any queries or issues I have had that need some assistance. Stephen has built a fantastic company and surrounded himself with a skilled and knowledgeable team and I couldn't recommend Dayco enough to my colleagues and anyone else in need of their services. Thank you team, for all that you do.
