Dampshield Building Maintenance

A cautionary tale about dealing with this "Adam". We recently engaged his services to repair render, paint the house and replace the house roof. He duly removed the roof to our shed then he had a falling out with his roofer, had a hissy fit with my wife over the phone and then refused to start the job. We are left shellshocked, confused with a broken roof and, to top it all, he's blocked our telephone number! I've heard it said, he's unstable, unreliable and flakey. You have been warned.

We used Damp Shield to sort the damp issues in our living room and I would highly recommend this company. Everyone who worked on it was very knowledgeable and friendly. They were tidy throughout and Adam kept us updated throughout the process. They even knocked on next door to apologise for all the noise from the work, which I thought was lovely. When we thought we had an issue with one of the walls, Adam sent someone out that that week to check that it was all ok (there was no issue!). Thank you all so much for helping us with our damp work and I would recommend you to anyone who is needing damp proofing.

Adam was great to deal with had a great deal of knowledge of the problem was so professional with his advise would recommend thank you Adam

horrible experience with them, ended up blocked! would heavily advise against using them if you want a stress-free experience!

Plastering done but caused a lot of mess and when the toilet was removed the guy plastered over the out pipe hole.
