AJW Construction (Wales) Limited

We had a great experience with A J Construction. From the initial discussions through to completion, they were professional, reliable, and genuinely easy to work with. Anthony was incredibly responsive, always quick to reply to any questions we had any time, which gave us real peace of mind throughout the project. The whole team were also very patient in explaining each stage of the process, making everything feel much more manageable. We’re very pleased with the final result. A very happy customer here - we would highly recommend A J Construction.

Great work from the team. Had walls knocked down, kitchen stripped, new radiators traced into wall, media wall, patio doors with old window removed and brickwork removed. Flooring tiling and kitchen fitted with appliances, plastered and painted. All done to a high standard. Would recommend AJ Construction and will use again on next project

From the very first conversation, AJ Construction proved themselves to be more than just builders. They are a team of thoughtful, skilled professionals who genuinely care about the homes they help shape. I initially approached them for a mezzanine and garage conversion, but partway through the project I asked if it might be possible to add a Howdens kitchen under their account, transforming the space into an open-plan kitchen and diner with bifolds. I was honestly shocked when they said yes. Not just because it was a big addition to an already busy schedule, but because of how they handled it. They didn’t just agree and rush ahead. They advised me to take a week to think it through. No pressure, no upselling. Just genuine care for the scale of the decision. That kind of integrity is rare. The transformation they’ve achieved is nothing short of remarkable. My house finally feels like a home, and I truly can’t fault AJ on a single thing. Even when the inevitable hiccup happened (a skip broke and some concrete spilled onto the drive) Jason immediately stepped in and made sure the team restored it to look like new. That moment said everything. This is a company that leaves your home not just as they found it, but better. I’m already saving up for an attic conversion and I know without a doubt that AJ will be the team I call. From the little things like refitting doors to the big ones they’ve earned my trust completely. Customer for life here. Huge thanks to Jason, Anthony and the whole team. You’ve made a lasting impact.

We recently had some small repairs carried out at our home by AJ Construction, and the team were brilliant from start to finish. They arrived exactly when they said they would and completed the work within the agreed timeframe. The quality of the work was excellent throughout. Highly recommend — a great company to deal with.

Absolutely superb job on my bathroom. One mate said it looks like a showroom. Another (who does his own DIY) described it as a great job.
