C&S Maintenance Works Ltd

Chris and Shaun from C&S Maintenance Works Ltd have recently completed renovating 2 of our bedrooms. The rooms were in quite a state of disrepair and C&S have really transformed them beautifully. The care and commitment in their work has been clear from the outset and we’ve appreciated all of their effort. We would highly recommend C&S and will call on them again for any future work to the house. Thanks so much again. From Chris and John

Chris did an absolutely outstanding job on my entire house. Every single job he took on was completed to perfection — genuinely a 10/10 across the board. His attention to detail, professionalism, and quality of work were exceptional from start to finish. It’s rare to find someone who takes so much pride in what they do, and Chris really went above and beyond on every aspect of the project. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough — if you need a reliable, skilled, and trustworthy tradesman, Chris is the one to call!

C&S Maintenance Works Ltd did an excellent job redecorating our property. The finish was faultless, and they also took care of some repairs at the same time, saving us the hassle of using multiple trades. Professional, reliable, and great attention to detail – a genuine property solutions company we’ll be using again.

C&S Maintenance have just completed some work for me. Whilst decorating the downstairs throughout, Chris was respectful and professional tidying up at the end of each day. He also replaced a decking area outside with minimal disruption. Both jobs completed to a high standard with constant updates and I have no hesitation in recommending

C&S painted the fascia boards on the front of our house and did a great job. Communication from Chris was excellent and he was pleasant to deal with all-round. No hesitation in recommending.
