After a ‘PROFESSIONAL’ clean at one of our BTL properties by Coastline the pictures speak for themselves. Owner Adrian disputed everything even with video footage and photographs denying that they were even taken at the property 🙄 This is after we had visited their unit in person and spoke with their Operations Manager Robin to raise our complaint and provide evidence. After sales care? None. Not good. Landlords and tenants beware.
