They never answer the phone. Only way to contact them, even in an emergency, is through email and you're lucky if they answer the emails half of the time too. They're a nightmare to get in contact with and appear to not even have an office anymore. This "company" is starting to look more and more suspicious and I don't think it's legitimate at all, just from the fact they don't have an office anymore, they don't answer the phone; it just continues to ring and you have to get in contact with the actual owner of the supposed company Columba Moore to get an email back. So no, I would not recommend. It appears very questionable and illegitimate from the outside looking in; from not even having an office that a tenant or owner could go to in emergency and you can't even get through to them via phone to find out if they have a new office elsewhere or to ask about a property. It's all too questionable and disreputable. If I could give zero stars I definitely would. Look elsewhere if you're property shopping.

Never answer the phone. They have a website with promise to make complaints fixed within 24hrs - it doesn’t happen. I’ve been complaining over a year on the star of front doors into appartments & still nothing being done or acknowledged.
