Cliff Nicholls Roofing Contractor Wolverhampton

Cliff and his team have given us a wonderful service. They have re-roofed our entire house to high professional standards, using up-to-date technology. From the first pricing contact, through to excellent supportive admin service; from reliable and prompt scaffolding service through to prompt, courteous and professional roof operatives, my husband and myself have been provided with considerate updates as the work has progressed, which we have appreciated. We highly recommend the team Thank you.

First impressions count. I called to get a quote on a flat roof repair. I was told send a message on WhatsApp with details as well as address, agreed to come to the property on friday 9.30-10. No one turned up, I called and a lady advised she'll call back. I got a call back no apology, no explanation was then told he would arrive at 11. Again, didn't arrive at the time, eventually turned up, after two knocks on the door the gentlemen proceed to open my door and walk into my house. When speaking to him, he seemed disinterested, he didn't even have a ladder to properly assess what needed to be done. Was told I'd have a quote sent over shortly, and haven't heard from them since.

They was very quick to come out and give a quote, which we agreed with and they sent someone the next day to do the work. They refused to do it without scaffolding. Cliff Nicholls called us back and the quote was doubled. A good company would of know that and it would of been in the first quote which we agreed on

Very pleased with this company. Had a roof leak and called for a quote. The owner came out and went through everything with me, sent me a quote and got the work started very quickly. Very happy from start to finish. Would recommend to anyone local.

I have phones with regards some guarantee work on my flat roof as I have a wet patch on my bedroom wall and the lady I spoke to took a message and said that someone would call back, I waited for two days and rung back and got a very frosty response. She again told me that the person i needed to speak to was busy and that 'I would just have to wait' I have subsequently called back on numerous occasions and the phone is swiftly cancelled! I can only assume that this company does not honour it's guarantees although they issue them Very very poor customer service. Would absolutely not recommend!
