Codsall Construction

We are very happy with our new extension and fantastic kitchen space completed by Codsall Construction. Jake is very approachable and helped us with our ideas guiding us with his professional experience. He loves his work and takes pride in every step of it and has produced a high standard of workmanship in all aspects of our project. He has a great team of co- workers which helped the project run smoothly. We have recommended Codsall Construction to a number of friends who have admired the excellent standard of workmanship they produced and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Codsall Construction have just completed works to refurbish our utility and convert the adjoining garage into a home office space. Jake and his team have been fantastic throughout, providing great advice and delivering quality work in a timely, reliable and orderly fashion. Having been let down repeatedly by local tradesmen in the last few years, working with Jake has been a breath of fresh air and we would thoroughly recommend him for your next project. We are now looking forward to instructing Codsall Construction to undertake further works for us in the coming months.

Fantastic service and communication from Codsall construction. Had a new kitchen and utility fitted and projected managed by them and the whole thing from start to finish was completed with professionalism and reliability. I provided my own plasterer for the work who decided to do a runner halfway through and Codsall construction stepped in to sort the plastering aswell to make sure everything stayed on track. Great work all round and couldn’t recommend them more!

Jake and his team built our extension and as it was our first time doing this sort of project, he gave some invaluable advice on several aspects of the build. He was upfront honest and pleasant throughout the process. Costs stayed on track throughout. Thoroughly recommend Codsall Construction 👌👍👌👍

Had this company come and repoint our exterior walls, as well as replace facias’s and guttering. Can’t tell you how pleased I was with the service. They were on time, worked fast and the quality of the work was excellent. I’ll definitely be using them for any future house work! 10/10
