This company quoted me to sort out the conservatory gutters as clearly stated in the quote and this is what we found when we got to the property. I tried to talk with Gabriela but she was quite rude and dismissive and was not willing to help to solve the issue is any way. According to her that was not including within the quote because her guys do not have access but yet there is someone standing on the roof (as pictured below) I would not recommend or use this company again avoid at all cost. There is no customer service or satisfaction here.
