Cleaning Doctor Carpet & Upholstery Services Birmingham & Solihull

I contacted G from Cleaning Doctors for a mattress clean at around 11:30pm and he got back to me and made it out to see me at 9:30am the next morning. The mattress was spotless after the 40 minute clean and smelled so fresh! Thank you G for your professionalism and expert communication! Brilliant job. I'd highly recommend their services.

I am 80 years old and due to a change of medication had a toilet accident, this company came out and restored our carpet to absolutely pristine condition. there are a number of Carpet doctors, this review refers to the one in Birmingham with a telephone number ending in 200 This is not something you talk about usually, but I wanted to give them credit for doing an unpleasant job very well. They were also here the next day. I recommend without hesitation. The pictures are before and after.

Have used this company years ago for mattress cleaning, unbeatable and fair prices. They go above and beyond! My sofa is in need of a deep clean and I messaged the company for a quote this evening and got a response and booked in within minutes! Great customer service and a great company! Thank you ever so much!

I called Gohir yesterday after an unfortunate accident on my sofa caused by a bit too inebriated friend who was round for the weekend. Gohir understood the situation and offered to be free to come in the next hour which was incredibly convenient for various reasons. Jay and Sham, Gohir’s employees turned up when expected, were very polite, clean, and nice lads. They cracked on, got the job done. They used an enzyme cleaner and completely solved the problem with ease. The sofa is looking clean and smells great now. I also enjoyed watching the machine that I have used seen online a bunch. Jay also came and gave me a price for cleaning the carpet which we really need to get done so will be more than happy to use them again for this, and would highly recommend. I also liked the fact they had a PDQ card machine, think I need to get one of those!

Incredible! Very quick and easy to get booked in, gave an accurate quote and warned us in advance that the bleach stains wouldn’t lift. We had the deep clean anyway and the sofa is SPOTLESS! They even managed to hide the bleach stains. 10/10 would use these guys again
