I recently hired Love Your Carpet for a deep clean of my home’s carpets, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Scott was incredibly punctual, arriving right on time, and his professionalism and polite demeanour made the whole process a pleasure. He was easy to communicate with, answered all my questions, and took great care to ensure everything was done to a high standard. The pricing was very fair for the quality of service, and I was impressed by how flexible they were with scheduling, fitting me in at a time that worked perfectly. The cleaning process itself was outstanding. My carpets, which had seen better days, came up looking almost brand new! The equipment used was top-notch, and the attention to detail was evident in every room. I also appreciated how Scott took care to protect my furniture and floors during the process. I messaged Scott after we had a nail varnish + carpet incident but decided to clean a few carpets whilst we were at it.
