Clarendon Laundry

First started using Clarendon laundry a year ago and I can say the service provided has been amazing, from clear communication when scheduling pick up and drop off to even when I visit in store no delay at all. Before using Clarendon laundry it was always a burden when getting my clothes dry cleaned as most places let me down. But with there pick up and drop off service it has really been a game changer and I can honestly say they are the best laundrette in Leicester and maybe even the midlands. I highly recommend.

I dropped off a dress and a suit for my graduation and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The dress had several stubborn stains that previous dry cleaners couldn’t remove but Clarendon Laundry got every single one out. The quality of the cleaning was outstanding and the customer service was professional and helpful throughout. I would 100% recommend Clarendon Laundry to anyone looking for high-quality dry cleaning, friendly staff and excellent customer service. Thank you for helping make my graduation extra special!

had my jackets washed and dry cleaned, and I’m really impressed with the results. They came back looking brand new — fresh, clean, and perfectly pressed. Great quality service!

Extremely satisfied with this service. The tailored laundry service identified my need and went above and beyond delivering an on the day service. Very professional and I even received a sleek bag where all of the clothes were neatly, nicely and professionally folded into. Very very happy, I could recommend enough. Thank you very much again guys - highly appreciated. Your service level is top and up there. For context my clothes had been sitting inside of my broken washing machine for 3/4 days with fungus and bacteria accompanied with a foul odour emanating. The tailored laundry delivered on the service on the same day, washed, cleaned, dried and completely removed that odour on the same day. What was even more outstanding, is that I presented this to them at the end of the day, only having 2-3 hours till the closing time. Amazing service! They did all of this whilst individually paying attention to all of the mixed clothe washing requirements and individual specifications. Big thank you again.

Couldn't recommend enough! Fast service, great communication from staff who work there and my clothes are always delivered to a great standard. My go too laundry shop for years!
